Automate Technology utilises a dynamic call routing system to ensure you are connected, where possible, to an engineer who has first-hand knowledge of your equipment and configuration; reducing the time between reporting the call and its resolution. The HelpDesk also uses an in-depth ticketing system to facilitate the logging, tracking and updating of your call. Clients are then notified via email with any updates to their logged calls.
