Automate Technology’s founder, John Crowe, who had previously worked in the managed services sector, established the business in 2008 to focus on the provision of traditional IT sales and support services to a multi-faceted client base.
However, coinciding with the emergence of cloud based technology and social-media, Automate has carefully evolved, now delivering niche consulting, technical, digital and marketing support services to a seriously impressive list of Ireland’s best run businesses, all the while continuing to offer the traditional outsourced IT-support services that are a must-have for all SMEs.

OUR STORY (The Ladybird Version)
Location, Location, Location! Proximity is a huge factor for clients when selecting their IT-support company. When they need help, they need it relatively urgently. Engineers spend most of their time travelling to and from their customer base. So our concept was simple. By moving the mountain to Mohammad and operating from the city centre, we were close by and easily accessible to everyone. This allowed us to offer a significantly more efficient service – appreciated by clients from day one!
Over the last couple of years, the services required from Automate’s client base has naturally evolved as the IT / technical sector is a dynamic one, keeping us all on our toes. So internally we are always re-moulding and fine-tuning what we do, to reflect what is happening out there on the street.
Now offering niche IT support and consultancy services, as well as digital marketing and cloud service support, we have become an integral part of the fabric of our client’s businesses, helping them leverage technology to achieve their business and brand goals. We have worked with Automate since May 2008. Since we started working with Automate the amount of time I’ve had to commit to IT issues has been dramatically reduced.
Automate manage the system in such a proactive way that potential problems are identified before they happen. These are dealt with at this stage which saves an awful lot of hassle.
